Return & Refund Policy

At REKOVR LABS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to protect the quality and hygiene of our products while ensuring your statutory consumer rights are respected.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible online purchases, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date you receive your order.

To request a cancellation, you must contact us in writing within the applicable cancellation period. Products must then be returned within the required timeframe.

Returned products must be:

• Unused and unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original, undamaged packaging

• Complete with all accessories and components

• Free from marks, stains, odours, damage or signs of use

• In a condition suitable for resale

We reserve the right to assess returned products before processing any refund.

Where a product has been used, damaged, altered, washed, marked or otherwise reduced in value, any reduction permitted by applicable law may be deducted from the refund.

Products We Cannot Accept as Voluntary Returns

For hygiene and resale reasons, we may not accept voluntary returns of products that have been opened or used where a lawful hygiene exemption applies.

This may include products that come into direct contact with the body.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, defective or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue and the product/packaging.

We may request additional information or photographs to assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, defective or not as described, we will provide the remedy required under applicable consumer law.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper use, modification, neglect or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Where permitted by law, original shipping costs and return postage are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product where permitted by law.

For confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, REKOVR LABS will cover the applicable return costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service. REKOVR LABS cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit where the customer has not used an appropriate tracked service.
